"One Hour Protocol"
The following is a transcript of the "One Hour Protocol" tape recovered in Mississippi from government auction in 1990. This tape predates the OHP Initiative in all timelines and is the reason for the thought engine located HERE.
All attempt to transfer the contents of the tape have been met with catastrophic failure.
In an attempt to record the data stored on the tape, stenographers were brought in to transcribe the audio of "One Hour Protocol"

It is at this point that the transcript ends. The stenographer hired to transcribe the audio portion of this tape labeled “One Hour Protocol” paused the recording and abruptly left the room after a brief scuffle. They were later found dead in their home, this is still being investigated.
The tape has either been missing or presumed destroyed since the storage center was destroyed by flood in 2005. Attempts to trace the origin of the tape have been just as inconclusive.
