The One Hour Protocol is a Tulpa based network designed in part to prevent a specific apocalyptic scenario from befalling this dimension. Through various N.O.D.Es implanted in the seed of different parallel worlds, we are capable of keeping track of OHP related timelines and shift them before they occur.

The recovery of Document 1 (the transcript of the "One Hour Protocol" tape) has led to the scope of this project growing. The Metatron has employed counter-measures to our counter-measures, and other interstitial and eldritch entities have also come to our attention. Therefore the OHP has decided to open this database to other users and increase the eidetic bulwark that holds our server, in return you will receive knowledge about the many threats that plague your world

Contamination of the protocol must not be allowed. In the event of a compromise the OHP will lock down the site and issue the final protocol.
